Julie Levesque’s installation ‘What Remains…’, currently on view at The Historic Hampton House in Miami, Florida since December 1, 2025 , had been extended to February 28, 2027.

This 2nd grade classroom represents a universal moment in childhood when you realize you must stand up for yourself. 

What Remains… becomes more relevant with each passing year. By rekindling recollections of our own early school experiences, it opens a vital dialog about our education system. It evokes empathy for the pressures today’s students face while encouraging young visitors who encounter the artwork to express their own thoughts and stories.
